Programs & Curriculum

Weekly self defense classes!

Classes are open for teenagers and adults and focus on the Kenpo Karate curriculum as taught to me by my instructor, Master Professor Bill Grossman. There is a heavy emphasis on practical application of all techniques learned and how they apply to the real world.

We have open mat time from 6-6:30pm and class from 6:30-7:30pm every Tuesday and Thursday. 

In addition to open hand techniques, as you get higher in rank you will also learn weapons such as the bo staff and the kamas. If you have an interest in sparring as well I also teach point sparring techniques and drills.

Typical belt requirements will have 1-2 katas per rank, 1-4 sets, blocks, kicks, with sparring and weapons required at intermediate and higher ranks. All katas are taught as both a standalone kata and as a kata done with an attacker for all the moves, something with differentiates Kenpo katas from most other systems.

$99 a month for classes, no contract required. Classes meet twice a week for 1 hour.
$89 a month with auto-pay and a 6 month commitment.
$79 a month with auto-pay and a 12 month commitment.
